"The global renown of 'Made in China' stands tall, and Guangdong's manufacturing prowess reigns supreme nationwide." As a significant industrial cluster in Guangdong Province, the manufacturing industry in Guangdong encompasses a vast array of enterprises with immense influence. Under the adept guidance of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and the Provincial Department of Commerce, the Guangdong Provincial Manufacturing Association diligently fulfills the directives of the '14th Five-Year Plan' for Guangdong, further promoting the structural adjustment, transformation, and upgrading of Guangdong's manufacturing industry and driving forward the shift from mere manufacturing to true creation in Guangdong. The Association aims to forge meaningful connections and facilitate exchanges between manufacturing enterprises, government entities, universities, and research institutions, as well as between enterprises and industrial technologies. Leveraging its robust government channels, the collaborative synergies across industries and their supply chains, and the comprehensive resources of research institutions and the community, the Association strives to deliver exemplary services to its esteemed members."
With the guidance of relevant provincial government departments, the "Guangdong Provincial Manufacturing Association" and the "Guangdong Provincial Industry Development Promotion Council" have implemented a management system, operating under "two organizations, two names, but one integrated administrative service body." This arrangement aims to foster robust cooperation and exchange opportunities between enterprises from Guangdong's primary, secondary, and tertiary industries, while providing enhanced services to manufacturing enterprises. Currently, the membership covers representative and advanced enterprises across 21 cities in Guangdong, encompassing sectors such as petrochemicals, machinery equipment, transportation equipment, IT equipment, electronics, textiles, hardware, food and beverage, healthcare, paper making and printing, building materials and other secondary industries, as well as enterprises in the primary and tertiary industries.
